The music festival has canceled its state of Saturday performance Due to a High Wind Warning.

The announcement was made at 10:00 a.m. local time, just over an hour before the doors opened at the Las Vegas When We Were Young festival grounds.

The National Weather Service has now upgraded their Saturday forecast to a High Wind Warning, including dangerous 30-40mph sustained winds with potential 60mph gusts.

The statement added that the rest of the festival's dates, this Sunday (October 23) and next Saturday (October 29) remain on the books and "are proceeding accordingly."

The statement did not share any information regarding the possibility of Oct. 22 ticket holders moving their purchases to the other two festival dates.

Instead, the announcement said that those who purchased tickets through the festival's front gate will get a refund within 30 days.
